Dr. Howard Alexander grew up in the Syracuse area where he graduated from Jamesville-Dewitt High School in 1976. After Graduation from Temple University School of Dentistry in 1980, he returned home where he completed his dental residency and has been in private dental practice since. He is also currently Assistant Professor of crown and bridge dentistry at SUNY Health Science Center. In addition to teaching at SUNY, Dr. Alexander has demonstrated a serious committment to learning by attending numerous continuing education courses so that he can continue to provide his valued patients with the best general and cosmetic dental care that he possibly can.
Having been a meticulous perfectionist since childhood, Dr Alexander takes great pride in the level of dental care that he provides and truly enjoys the opportunity to help his patients achieve healthy beautiful smiles.
On a personal note, Dr. Alexander and his wife Sara met at Temple University and have been married for 30 years. They have two children, Jonathan age 24 and Hannah age 21, as well as Zippy the family Boston Terrier age 6. When not in the office, Dr. Alexander enjoys excercise, skiing, golf, and volunteer work.

Amy Davies
Registered Dental Hygienist
Amy Davies is one of the key providers for Dental Hygiene in our practice. She graduated from Onondaga Community College in 2003 with a degree in Dental Hygiene, and has been delivering outstanding hygiene and periodontal services for our patients since 2006. Amy has the highest level of commitment to quality dentistry and patient care, she is constantly pursuing continuing education in order to deliver the finest possible care to her patients. When not at the office Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. The Davies family can often be found at a local Syracuse Crunch hockey game. 
Jackie Eberline
Practice Administrator
Jackie has been the Practice Administrator for Dr. Alexander since his first day of practice in 1981. Prior to that she worked as a Clinical Assistant. " It has been an exciting journey over the years, to see all of the amazing changes in dentistry, and the wonderful treatment options we have to offer to our patients." Jackie is always here to help patients with any insurance, financial, scheduling or procedural concerns. When not at the office Jackie enjoys spending time with her husband and son, and is an active member at her church.
Claudia Chesley
Clinical Assistant
Caludia has worked as a Clinical Dental Assistant with Dr. Alexander since 1998, and has over 25 years of experience in the dental field. " I have always enjoyed the job and meeting and caring for my patients. I am very proud of the care we provide." Claudia has recently become part time, but still loves working two days each week. " Now I get the best of both worlds, getting to spend more time with my friends and family as well as the priviledge of caring for our patients."
Christina
Clinical Assistant
Christina joined Dr. Alexander's office in 2009 as a Clinical Assistant. She enjoys assisting patients through their procedures, seeing the end result and the patients confident smile. Christina feels that those who walk through the door are not just considered a patient, they are family. With the latest up to date technology and consistent staff education, Christina is proud to be a part of such a unique team.
